Hussong’s Reposado Tequila

Hussong’s Reposado Tequila is a 100% agave tequila that has been aged 5 months in bourbon barrels to give it a complex flavor and delicate aroma.

Nose: This tequila has an attractive straw-gold hue and shows aromas of roasted pepper, brined lemon, and a touch of oak.

Palate: The nose is somewhat subdued and most of the agave-inspired flavors disappear on the palate in favor of dominating oak sweetness.

Finish: A hint of heat shows in the finish but this is overall a pretty light and uninspired tequila notable mostly for its packaging and its namesake bars.
